Al Delap ( Co-founder ) has over 33 years of computer repair and related experience. As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology where he focused most of his studies on industrial computer applications. After college he worked at Difco Laboratories for 13 years as a Packaging / Production Engineer where he was able to apply his knowledge with computers to improve efficiencies. In addition, he took on the role of managing and upgrading the company computers and network. When Difco Laboratories closed their doors in 1999 Al started repairing local residential and business computers in the Mauston area. Whether it is software or hardware issues, home or business applications, Internet, e-mail or network problems, Al has probably seen it and if he hasn’t, he knows how to find the answers. He is solution oriented and will do the research to find the fix rather than telling you it can’t be fixed. Mark Delap ( Co-founder ) has been working in Web Design for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Trinidad State Junior College in Trinidad Colorado, earning a Associate in Applied Science Degree in Gunsmithing. In 1982 he came back to Wisconsin to work at R&R Shooters Supplies (A family owned business) until 1998 when the business was sold to it’s current owners. During that time he also worked for Woodside Ranch and in 1992 built their very first website. Since that time he has seen technology change but understands that the goal is the same. Give the customer a place that they can see your business and easily move around to find what they need. He has also done installation of software and hardware and learned to trouble shoot many problems caused by Malware. For straight forward honest answers to your website and computer needs, make Delacom Computer Services your next contact.
